Who is responsible
This website is run by Zohre Tabatabaei under the name Venzoh. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What I collect, and why
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, the kind of project, and, if you choose, a preferred start, a budget range and your message. I use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about your project. It is never sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Messages are stored in a database on this website’s own server, hosted by Hetzner in Germany. I keep them while we are in conversation and for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them. If we start working together, the records needed for the contract and invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
What else the server sees
Like every website, the server briefly records technical details of each visit (IP address, page and time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. The form’s spam protection uses your IP address for a few minutes and does not store it.
Cookies and tracking
No cookies, no advertising and no tracking across sites. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Fonts are served from this server.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to the address above. I will reply within one month.
